Weight and size limits

UK: the longest side is not more than 90cm, length + width * 2 + height * 2 is not more than 225cm, and special-shaped packages with cylinder, triangular prism, uneven surface, folded label and package size less than single size are not acceptable, otherwise, special-shaped package fee of 70 yuan / ticket will be charged;

France: the longest side is not more than 80cm, and the length + width + height is not more than 150cm. Special shaped packages with cylinder, round cake, triangular prism, uneven surface, folded label and package size less than single size are not acceptable. Otherwise, 60 yuan / ticket will be charged for special-shaped packages;

Tariff

UK: the quotation does not include the VAT and tariff of the destination country. From January 1, 2021, the tariff threshold of £ 15 will be cancelled, and the customer will provide the VAT tax number under the order. If the VAT tax number provided is untrue and illegal, including but not limited to customs detention, transshipment delay, customs fines and other consequences, the customer shall bear by itself. Our company defaults to GBP as the currency unit and will not accept orders exceeding £ 135 for the time being. If the customer's package is found to be underreported or underreported by the customs, all relevant responsibilities such as customs detention, transshipment delay and customs fines shall be borne by the customer;

Germany, Italy, Spain: excluding VAT and customs duties of destination countries, VAT or customs duties are levied and must be paid by the sender. In case of invalid IOSS or incorrect provision, the tax and tax rate shall be reimbursed;

France: excluding VAT and customs duties in the destination country, VAT or customs duties are levied and must be paid by the sender. If the tax and tax rate due to invalid IOSS or incorrect provision are reimbursed, and the declared value correction fee of 230 yuan / ticket shall be paid;

United States: duty free for less than 800 US dollars. If the customs duties are caused by non conformity of customs inspection and declaration, the sender shall pay the customs duties, which shall be reimbursed.

South Korea: duty free for less than $150, the recipient's tax number must be provided. If the tax number is missing, it can be supplemented within 10 days. If it is overdue, it will be deemed as customs clearance and destruction.

Compensation standard

1. Missing parcel:
Britain, France, Germany, West America and South Korea: free of freight and compensation for the declared value (up to RMB 100);
Italy: if it is lost in the warehouse, the freight is free and the declared value is compensated (up to RMB 100); If it is lost after delivery, the freight will not be exempted, and the compensation will be 7 yuan / kg (up to 100 yuan);

2. The compensation does not include the intangible value and added value of any information carried by the package itself;
3. Fragile products shall be packed by themselves, and the damage shall not be compensated. The shipping representative defaults to this provision;
4. YDH shall not be liable for the delay of time limit or damage / loss of goods caused by force majeure (strike / war / natural disaster / customs factor / government action, etc.);
5. The goods shall be deemed to have been received after our company's warehousing scanning, otherwise no compensation will be made.
6. The inquiry can be accepted within 30 days after the package leaves the warehouse, and the inquiry is not accepted within the time limit.
